Creating environments that are unique and compatible with the greater community is the essence of our corporate philosophy. As professionally licensed landscape architects and planners, we strive to be continuously responsive to the environment, the natural landscape, and to the community. A combination of planning, originality, and attention to detail enables us to organize plans that are attractive, yet pragmatic. All plans are intended to be equally responsive from an aesthetic and a land stewardship viewpoint.
One of the keys to our success is the strength of our staff, which includes land planners, community consultants, landscape architects, and computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) personnel. Many members of our staff hold advanced degrees in these fields, or related areas such as Engineering, Planning, and Architecture. We view every project as a process which involves inventory and analysis of natural and built features, goal formation, review and dialogue with community officials and property owners, facilitation of community input, alternate plan generation, and an implementation strategy. It is through this process that we identify opportunities and constraints, elicit appropriate feedback, and develop a plan that best suits the needs of our clients.
The Lannert Group utilizes state-of-the-art computer technology to support the creative design process including AutoCAD 2000, Land Development Desktop Release 2, ArcView GIS 3.2, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, 3d Studio MAX and MS Office 2000.
