Overall Site Plan |
Campus Master Plan Landscape Architecture Originally, the main building was sited at the lowest point on the parcel. Our solution re-oriented the building to surround the detention pond at the low spot of the site. The result is a 22-acre development that incorporates areas for flower and vegetable gardens, a paved patio area accented with bollards, lighting, benches, outdoor activity, and eating areas. The extensively landscaped pond now serves as a focal point for over fifty percent (50%) of the assisted care units and the dining areas. |

By situating the buildings
around the detention area, the designers made it an attractive site amenity.
The plaza areas adjacent to the pond are popular places for the residents.
