Conceptual Park Plan Grant Exhibits Preliminary Opinion of Costs Construction Documentation The Lannert Group was responsible for the overall Campton Township Park Master Plan for this 80 acre site. The plan includes a colt league baseball complex, little league facilities, a fitness trail, native prairie and wetland plant communities, parking areas, a future playground, sledding hill, and basketball and tennis courts. As part of Phase I, we assisted the Township in securing development grants for the construction of the ball fields, restrooms, and parking. upon receiving the grant allocation, we then provided the Township with Phase I construction documents for all layout, grading, and detailing of the above items. As part of the future Phase II and II, we are assisting Campton Township in preparing the final Master Plan, grant exhibits, and cost estimates for implementation of these phases. |
