The first phase is the redevelopment of a neighborhood adjacent to the downtown business district.  Streetscape elements were introduced to carry the small town atmosphere throughout the neighborhood and maintain a comfortable pedestrian scale.

A mixed density plan was proposed for new housing that takes advantage of minimal setback and side yards to create a classic "row house" charm for both single family and apartment dwellings that are appropriate for the downtown proximity.  We are currently working with the City of Whiting on a variety of similar infill redevelopment plans to create a more unified and unique city landscape.
